"First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. Couldn't recommend more. I will certainly be back! Till next time, George."

"Generally a good hotel. A little bit tired in places and missing some amenities (e.g. kettle / iron) that you would expect to find. Location very much made up for that though abd the staff were friendly and helpfull."

"Location wise good, with few amenities around the area with a friendly staff, wasnt expecting the massive family room, we had a lovely stay, very comfortable bed for each and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. HIGHLY RECOMME ED."
