Exceptionally friendly staff, great breakfast. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. The location is a bit inconvenient though and there’s a few amenities missing (no bathrobes, no cups in the bathroom and no spoons for the instant coffee). Also the breakfast staff in an upscale hotel should not ask for a rating on a travel website while I’m eating.

The hotel is quiet and a very nice part of Tirana away from the city center. Lots of shops and restaurants. The bed is a bit old, the towels are old and hard to the touch. The breakfast is better and cheaper outside. Overall a good stay.
