A comfortable two-bedroom with even a king size bed , close to YVR Richmond

This suite is completely private including independent access and self check-in. The entrance is in the backyard and parking is also behind the single house.
The suite has two spacious bedrooms with a king and a queen size bed. I will prepare a third extra queen size bed for you if more than four adults.
Meanwhile please check the photos I posted to understand the unusual layout if more than one family. The washroomis between bedroom and entrance, you have to walk through the kitchen and washroom if you want to enter the bedrooms.

The suite is part of 1st floor of our house，and completely private ( locked door separating us from guests). Upstairs of the suite is a study, so there will be no noise at night. By the way, the suite is floor radiant heating.

The independent entrance is in the backyard. After you park on the driveway of our garage behind house , you wii see the entrance of suite on the right.

we strictly guarantee that the bath towels, bed sheets are changed one by one, and cleaned and dried at high temperature.

Two bedrooms, one living room,one full bathroom are all private to the user including the entrance.
coffee maker,fridge,Tv(Tellus channel), free-wifi.electric kettle water boiler, bath towels,pots,pans ,slippers and so on. Bedding and bath towels strictly abides by one guest, one change, high temperature drying and disinfection, also including the slippers.
We've got some snacks for you to keep in the fridge in the shared kitchen room where there are also a wash machine and a dryer.
You can park your car on the driveway of garage instead of street.
