Very nice and well kept property. It is truly 2 bedrooms with a tiny room off the kitchen that had a sleeping sofa. The location was great. The owner was very responsive. We had a great stay!
Branden was a great host. Very communicative. The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked! View of Vancouver was outstanding. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit beautiful Vancouver, BC.
The property was an amazing location and accommodation for our family including my 5 year old grandson who loved the pool, the playroom and the parks nearby. Close to all amenities, seaside walking path, shops, and great food. The host was amazing with quick and polite responses intent on making our stay super great. The unit met all our needs and we will be back again in 2025.
We had a great stay at the sub penthouse. There was a lot of space, plenty for 3 of us. The location was easy to get around, we mostly drove ourselves or took Ubers, which were always only about 2-5 minute wait.
The condo was very clean. Our host was responsive and helpful if we needed anything.
Perfect Location for a concert at BC Place and wonderful communication from Host. We had a small plumbing issue on day of check in and it was quickly handled the next day. Our family would absolutely stay there again.
Condo was very clean. Great area close to grocery and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again. Portable air conditioners worked well once we figured out to make sure vent was outside window to get rid of hot air. Clean Neighbor hood with lots of walking opportunities and felt safe. Check in and out was very easy.
Centrally located and literally minutes away from everything we wanted to do in downtown area of Vancouver. Our first time in a sub-penthouse did not disappoint! Views from 36th floor were amazing and weather was lovely in September. The parking space was included and security super impressive. Our stay was only dampened by sparse kitchen.
The host was very responsive and helpful. We used the pool and spa facilities. He provided robes as requested. The apartment was great for living in and entertaining. Great views.... easy access to activities eg float plane rentals, hi end dining, Stanley Park etc.
Thank you for an amazing stay. Easy walking access to food and entertainment. Even the hop on hop off stops within a few blocks of the condo. The views were amazing. I highly recommend staying here for an affordable yet safe stay in Vancouver. Only inconvenience was 2 couples staying and the detached bathroom was away from the second bedroom, near the front door. Very clean, gracious host. Thank you for letting us check in early!!!
Four of us spent three great days in Vancouver in the SubPenthouse. It's on floor 36 out of 37 and the views are amazing. The flat is newly furnished and very modern. Having a parking garage space included was very convenient.
We couldn’t have been happier with our host, Branden and his VRBO. The subpenthouse suite was impeccably clean and had the most spectacular views. It was conveniently located to many of the local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Our host went above and beyond when it came to communication and accommodations. We called him several times and he picked up every time with answers to our questions. We highly recommend this VRBO in Vancouver. Branden was a super host!
