"Everything was excellent! We ordered room service at a very reasonable price, and the food was delicious. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly when I asked for extra towels. We arrived early at around 11:30 AM, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early. This really helped my kids feel less tired, which I truly appreciated. The hotel interior is beautiful, and the location is very convenient—close to the SkyTrain with direct access to the airport. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a perfect stay. Highly recommended!"

"This was a last minute book as I had a 12 hour wait at airport for my connecting flight. Thank goodness they allowed me to book at last minute as I did not want to wait 12 hours at restaurant. The room was clean, however, there is no TV in the bedroom, only in the common area. The area is in the basement of someone’s home, which I did not expect. There are two rooms in the basement with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness I was the only one there. While I definitely appreciate the short notice booking, I can tell that the space is used by the family when there are no bookings. Is not a designated space only used for bookings. They have a cat, which stayed upstairs. If you have cat allergies then this may not be a good fit. Overall, it was a very good fit for my needs. "It would be great to have shared public areas for consumers to use. Since the owners are staying home daily, it’s not very comfortable to use the living room and kitchen. The towels are also quite smelly. It would be wonderful if the heater or air conditioning were working so that there’s fresh air circulating. "
