The home features four bedrooms on the upper floor, including a king-size master with a crib and three queen-size rooms, each thoughtfully furnished for restful sleep. The main level includes a bright open-concept living and dining space, a full kitchen, and a home office that converts to a reading room with a single sofabed.
Enjoy family-friendly amenities including a fenced backyard with a trampoline, basketball hoop, and seasonal blueberry bushes. The house also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, blackout curtains, heated bathroom floors, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and more.

Guests will receive a check-in guide with entry details, parking information, and local tips two days before arrival. • For safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and rear garage area. • All guests are required to complete a registration form and upload a valid ID before check-in. We stayed here for a family getaway. The host was very responsive and all the house instructions were clear. The house is well-laid out and the kids enjoyed the trampoline. Beds were comfortable! The location is very quiet and easy to navigate to other areas of the city and relatively close to the airport. There is a grocery store a few blocks away which is bright and clean. We would stay again!
Property was great there were 4 moms and 5 teenagers, more than enough bathrooms and beds for everyone. We were attending a concert and location was close to UBC where the event was. The master was huge with large ensuite fun for the girls to all get ready in. Property manger was amazing. Activities for the rest of the week was close to take a taxi or uber. There is a great market down the street for snacks or dinner.
Nice house. Lots of bathrooms. Quiet area that isn't too far from downtown. Grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Annie was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early checkin. We were very happy.
