Get ready to relax in this lovely 3-bedroom suite in Surrey. This tranquil retreat features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Have some spare time and enjoy our basketball court. Then enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. With 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for all guests to unwind. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
The space
Our home is perfect for large groups, families with teens/young adult children, or multiple family groups who value both communal and private spaces.
- 3 bedrooms - 2 with Queen and 1 with King bed with full attached bathroom.
- Dining area to fit up to 6 guests
- Kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances like gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee Keurig machine with pods, toaster, cooking utensils, microwave, and fridge.
- Laundry room is located adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
- 2 bathrooms, both full bathrooms, 1 attached with a king bedroom, dryer available.
- Our living room is equipped with a sectional couch that becomes a sofa bed, and includes a tv equipped with Netflix and Wi-fi.
- Ample of free parking available on the property. Can park a full size RV.
- Located at a convenient location; multiple restaurants, shopping, rec centers, and transit under 20 mins drive.
- 35 mins drive to YVR airport and 45 min drive to Downtown Vancouver.
- Our property boasts a very large yard, lit pathway to the entrance surrounded by lush landscaping. Along with the Basketball court for you to play on if the weather permits.

- There is a keypad lock outside the door. Will send the code the day of the check-in via messages.
Check-in time is at 4:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:00am.

NO SMOKING
- To keep the house clean and smoke-free, smoking and marijuana consumption are not allowed inside the house. $500 extra cleaning fee will apply if the house is smoked in.
TRASH
- Please put the trash outside the door or in the black bin located at the front corner of the house by the Court.

We do not allow pets on the property.

Enjoyed staying here with my family. I have 3 boys and they enjoyed playing at the basketball court on the premises.Check-in had clear instructions and we had a pleasant stay. There were flowers everywhere which added to the property aesthetic.

Kitchen was not stocked with full kitchen needs. No spices, oil left to use. Needs more silverware, sharp knives, cooking pots and pans. It was clean.

Our stay in Surrey
The house is in a very well maintained yard, nice wide stone path leading to our room. The house did not have A/C, but each room did have a ceiling fan which helped keep it nicely cooled down. The kitchen was stocked with all you would needwith the exception of kitchen knives. We had to use steak knives for all our slicing and dicing. The bath towels were all in the dryer, when they finished drying we folded and put them away. We noticed that we only had 2 washclothes, had asked for more which we never received. There was only one kitchen towel and no wash clothes in the kitchen, just a metal scrub pad to wash dishes with. We washed the towels and dish towelnas needed, but did have to ask for laundry and dishwasher soap as there wasnt any in the house. We ran out of paper towels in the kitchen, asked for more and never received extra towels. Over all, it's a nice property, space was just right for 7 adults
