- Walk to FIFA games & events! Our home is a Private, two level 1200 sqft 2BR/2.5BA Townhouse with a gated, secured entrance, and treed courtyard in central Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver. No car needed to get around to see everything! This Townhouse is ideal for those looking for "home-like" privacy yet be able to walk to buzzing restaurants, the famous Art Gallery, the waterfront Seawall, the Convention Centre, the Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park & English Bay Beaches, Robson St. shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, Skytrain, Gastown, and Granville Market. Free parking is on site, private entrance, wifi, Netflix, 55" SmartTV, in-suite laundry. Private entry system with key lockbox. The kitchen is fully equipped including a new fridge, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, cutlery, utensils, and cookware. Everything you need to feel at home. The courtyard is lightly shaded, and the master ensuite has been fully renovated. We do have a young cat who lives offsite with us from June to September.
