It was only after I requested check in information on the morning of our stay that I received information- only to be given a different address from what I had booked. When I questioned this I was told the property had been double booked so they had moved us to another apartment. This second apartment was not an actual licensed vrbo and was farther away from where we wanted to stay. I would have preferred to stay elsewhere but because it was last minute there were almost no hotels or rentals available same day on a Saturday of the long weekend. The new apartment was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was no living room space and was a basement apartment-not something I would have chosen. The following morning the toilet was not working properly and despite messaging the host I got no response. Luckily we were only staying one night. I cannot recommend renting this property or from this owner due to our experience and I note that of the 3 prior reviews of this property, 1 other person also had an issue with being double booked.

Host double-booked our stay dates, did not inform us until the night before our travels and then offered us a stay at another, much less suitable (for our needs) location. The other location was fine, but far from where we wanted to be.
