One bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor, while the other two bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs, providing plenty of space and privacy for your group.

    The open-concept kitchen and living area are bright and welcoming, with stylish décor and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The home also includes in-suite laundry for your convenience.

    Outside, guests can enjoy a cozy patio space with a set of chairs—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Please note that this is a quiet residential lane, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, as there are full-time residents and neighbors nearby.

    This is a private laneway house with its own separate entrance located at the back of the main property. Guests will not enter through the front house. Please access the unit from the back lane, where you’ll find a clearly marked entrance for your stay. You`ll have full and private access to the entire home during your visit.
    There is strictly NO SMOKING of any kind permitted anywhere on the property. If you smoke, please do so outside and at least 7.5 meters away from any doorway or window. Fine of 500 dlls
    No Parties Quiet time after 10pm-8am, this includes the outdoor areas
    We kindly request your conscientiousness and consideration for our tenants residing in the main house, It is important to note that strict enforcement of quiet hours is in effect. Please be mindful of noise levels during designated quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
