Great location!

We chose Anna’s property because it is 15/20 min from most surrounding areas of Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey! Big house and very comfortable beds. Street parking and keyless entry made it easy for our group. Kitchen is stocked enough for us to cook dinners most nights. Supermarket is 5 min drive away. Nearest decent coffee is 10 min drive away. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Spacious and modern, but not super comfortable

It fit the bill providing three bedrooms and a fairly central location for what we wanted to do for our time in the Vancouver area. Furniture was stained/dirty so not super nice to hang out during the evenings. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was awesome! Kitchen was fantistic but was missing a few things (e.g. sharp knives, large frying pan, small spoons, baking sheets). Nothing against the house, but be prepared for the "richmond smell" that is in the area from what I understand now is a nearby landfill site.

Sanctuary in Vancouver suburban neighborhood; closed to everything

This property has everything we needed for our family vacation! Cleanliness, location and size of property were the main reasons I booked this place. It looked even better in person than the listing! It accommodated 10 guests; 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms, with 3 blow up queen size mattresses. We were able to cook and have hotpot on a rainy day in Vancouver :) our family couldn’t be happier. Only thing is the gps would guide us to the back entrance where the garage is located (convenient if you live there) but the entrance is in front of property. So just make sure to park in front to enter house. Thank you for hosting! Will definitely book again :)

Nice place for larger groups

It was a nice place to stay for a larger group. Just fair warning for others there are quite a bit of stairs if u have older people in the group. The parking is street parking. The property was overall nice but I did find a few things to be strange. There is sign for no shoes in the house. The property seems to be shared by the owners which was not mentioned so you would see random people walking in the front and back yards. There was some ripped hooks and small wall damage in the bathrooms but other than that everything was fine

Not as advertised… says entire house but there is someone living down stairs! House needs a cleaning

Key pad didn’t work properly got stuck in rain and cold, had to continue to call the owner for over and over before they called back from a different number. You are not alone, a person living downstairs, yet advertised as whole house, also could smell strong odor of fish in the main house. Random person walking thru back yard. House was not up to my standard of clean. Furniture was stained and dirty. Fireplace didn’t work, couldn’t even see through the glass. Rented many VRBOs all over the world and wouldn’t rent this one again.
