Our Strata requires all guests sign a “Form K” acknowledging the building’s rules and bylaws, and agreeing to abide by them.
The included underground parking stall has plenty of width, but “small car” designation due to limited length. Large SUVs or trucks will not fit.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Only those guests described and approved by the host in messaging, are permitted on the property.
