"The room, the staff, the staff in the restaurant and the Shark Club were all amazing. Our only complaint was the the pool was COLD. The room was like a green house, steamy, humid, but trying to walk into the pool was like walking into our local lake. It physically hurt to try to get in."

"I liked the setting of the room with a door between the bedroom and the living room. I also liked the two closets but I was not happy about not having a microwave in the room. It would have cost me $25 a day for the microwave. Also the pool was full of children and the hot tub occupied by their parents all the time with no room for me to enjoy the beautiful facilities."
