We had a great time staying at this location. Was at a very conviennent location in the city. The host left us some snacks and everything made us feel right at home. I recommend this place to anyone going to Vancouver!

Convenient location, friendly & quick communication from the host, but the place needs some work. - Incomplete blinds in the bedroom and living room no privacy- The bed was uncomfortable for each of us, sore backs the next day ... but beds are subjective, so maybe that was just us.- Balcony is pretty crusty, with crates a pigeon is nesting / defecating in.- The kitchen & bathroom weren't super clean. Nothing highly concerning to me personally, but see pictures.- There were no wash-cloths, only larger towels.- There were string lights on the window, but the batteries were dead.- It's a budget place, an old condo building with not very charming lobby / elevator / hallways, but with some improvements to the furnishings (blinds, bed, etc.), the unit itself would be fine. It was quiet enough, pleasant enough.- Lastly, there was a notice in the elevator that there should be no short-term rentals in the building. The host responded that they have an exception and license. If that's the case, great! I did not investigate further.I hope this feedback is helpful!
We liked the pigeon on the balcony, but the balcony is pretty crusty.
Missing blinds.  There are some string lights but the batteries were dead.
Missing blinds in the bedroom meant no privacy in the evening once it's dark out and neighbors across the court yard can see in.  Also very bright light directly on bed in the morning.
Again, the balcony is pretty crusty, with a pile of all the broken blinds.
