    We are centrally located steps to trendy Gastown, restaurants, Rogers Arena, BC place, attractions, and Seawall.



    The building features some of the best amenities in town:

    - Indoor pool

    - hot tub, and sauna

    - fully equipped gym

    - Private garden for guests.

    - Secured underground parking



    Other Things to Note:

    Sofa bed Use:

    Kindly note that there will be a $35 CAD linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



    Crib and Highchair:

    We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



    Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds .



    Portable AC:

    Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



    Pool and Hot Tub will be closed from Jan 30th 2026 until the first week of March 2026.



    We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

Yes . Great location. We were there for a Canucks game. Would stay there again. Blinds need changing in the living roomand bedroom blinds need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have anotherLivingroom chair when there is two couples staying.The main bathroon needs some attention to the toilet. We certianly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very clean, host was super helpful!

We had a great stay. This location was very clean and is just around the corner from the train station just 3 stops away from waterfront station where our cruise ship let us off. There is a drug store and Costco also very close by for snacks and drinks to stock your fridge during your stay. I would stay here again! We loved Vancouver!

Really nice little condo. Great area and location. A little noisy with the LRT right below the unit, but overall a great place to stay. We went to a concert, and the venue was a short walk from the condo, and everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

Great location, very close to Hockey and Soccer stadium. Easy access to public transportation to visit other attractions. Very close to SkyTrain station and Ferry stop. The location is excellent. You can walk to restaurants, stores, cafes, the waterfront, Chinatown...I can go on and on. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The included parking is a great bonus. The host gave very detailed instructions that made contact free check-in/check-out very easy. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Concert at Rodgers Arena

Tremendous accommodations a very short walk from Rodgers Arena. The property was very clean, well furnished and equipped for an extremely comfortable visit. Great views of the city as well. Centrally located between Yaletown and Gastown with easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location to the arenas and local attractions.

The unit is well furnished, comfortable and very well stocked with all the essentials. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit unit was well stocked and the location exceptional. Owner communication was exceptional and question were answered very quickly. Parking was available which is great for a downtown unit. It was an adventure going through 3 gates and finding the spot but because of the process we felt very safe. Highly recommend the u it.

Perfect Location

Super secure, private parking, very clean. We spent 3 nights here and were able to walk to BC place for a game, walk to Queen Elisabeth Theatre for a performance and take a quick train ride to Robson St. shopping area. It’s also very close to the Fable Creek ferry rides that take you to Granville island and other places. You don’t need a car when staying here. The apartment has everything you need. We cooked a lot of our meals and enjoyed the views. Just a perfect, safe and very clean place to stay with my older parents and my teenage kids.

Rude Property Manager & Staff

We spent two glorious weeks in BC and absolutely love the friendly nature of Canadians. However, this stay was the only damper in our trip. The main property contact was rude and unhelpful, and the front lobby staff were equally in poor temper. The access to the parking was insane and is a clear indication of the less than safe conditions of this apartment rental. There are much better places to stay!

Perfect Location

We went to a concert at Rogers Place. This condo is literally across the street. So many great restaurants around and all walkable. Would definitely book again if we wanted to go to another concert at BC Place! Clean, big windows. One point I wanted to mention was big windows means hot inside the condo. There were portable AC units. Loud in the bedrooms and the blinds don’t fully shut so lots of light comes through early morning. That said, at least the condo was cooled!

A pleasant stay in Vancouver

Property is starting to look a little tired. E.g the air conditioning in the lounge was effective. Unlike the air conditioning in the second bedroom. There was no air conditioning in the first bedroom and it was overbearing as the outside temperature hit the mid 30’s. The shower head in the main shower room didn’t work effectively. Also shower light didn’t work. That aside the parking was very secure. We felt very safe and the accommodation itself was very clean. Note as with most major cities the local area has a problem with homeless people. In fairness they didn’t cause us any issues but walking at night made us feel uneasy.
