Nice clean modern condo
Steps to the skytrain system and at the edge of both Chinatown and Gastown
We really enjoyed our stay and walkable to everything

The unit was nice, spacious and good building amenities. However the roof top patio was not as pictured. The cushions and chairs were filthy and wet (even those kept in a storage bin) . Other examples include, the bbq didn't work and the grill was gross. A lot of the hardware is broken or falling off. For example the kitchen faucet handle came off with almost every use. No extra garbage bags. Those may seem like small things but the accumulation of them was a nuisance and reduced the value for cost.
