Please note that there is another separate suite upstairs where someone lives. However, the two units are fully separate and thoughtfully arranged to help ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.



Conveniently located near East 54th Ave and Victoria Drive, the home provides easy access to Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, and nearby transit routes.



One of the highlights of the neighbourhood is the excellent food scene along Victoria Drive. Within just a 5-minute drive, you’ll find a wide variety of local favourites, including McDonald’s, Subway, Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and many highly rated Vietnamese restaurants loved by locals.
