We are located steps away from Sunset Beach, English Bay, Vancouver's famous entertainment districts, Granville street, Yaletown, many cafes and restaurants.
If you are feeling adventurous, just leave the apartment and you can find yourself in front of the water where you can grab the iconic Aqua-Bus to Kitsilano, Granville Island, Science world, Olympic village and False creek.
The Neighborhood:
We are just a few steps from the sea wall, the Granville Island Aquabus, a 12 minute walk to the Canada Line (new Skytrain – to/from airport), a 20 minute walk to the (old) Skytrain and which will take you anywhere you want to go.
Whether you choose to rent a bike, rollerblade, walk or run around the seawall, it’s a great way to take in the beautiful sights (and people!) of the city. Enjoy everything Vancouver has to offer from this location– a 15 minute walk to the hip Yaletown district, 10 minutes to Granville Street, and a 30 min walk to historic Gastown.

Everything inside was great and exactly as advertised. And the location is even better being steps away from the aqua bus to grandville island and then just a few mins walk to the beach was so nice!
Excellent location, clean, great host. Will stay here again. Seawall and Stanley park near by, on Bike path to head north, grocery and other conveniences close by. 5 of 5
We really enjoyed our stay on Beach Ave, with easy walks to beaches, Stanley Park, Granville Island water taxis and great restaurants. The unit was cozy, bright and suited two just fine. It is well equipped and our host was very responsive.
The apartment was perfect for me, just five minutes walk from my daughter’s apartment and handy for Downtown shopping and close to the water bus.

The location of this place was very convenient for touring False Creek area as well as the close access to the old town Vancouver. I didn't like the city noises being more than expected (sirens, traffic, etc.). I thought being close to the water would have made the noise less, but it is a big city.
I think that the eating area really needs rethinking. The chair stools that abut the kitchen counter are too high for eating off the counter. Your knees are almost at the top of the counter making it very uncomfortable to eat. Plus, there is no overhanging counter so you are leaning forward and down to get to your food. A small table would be better and though it is nice to have room for luggage, a small table and real chairs would still leave room for your luggage.

Clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Easy parking included.
Quite noisy at night, but that was outside traffic, sirens, people being loud on the street outside, not owners fault. If you need a quiet place to rest, maybe not for you.
Nice complex in a really convenient location. Would stay there again.
Only complaint is that the fridge didn't get cold, so we couldn't keep food in there for very long. I'm sure that will be fixed in short order, though, as the host seems on top of things.
Apartment was too warm at night, AC was noisy but too noisy with window open, too warm if closed. Didn't know where to leave keys or what else was required prior to leaving - no info provided.
Was awkward to move around in, due to Furniture layout.
Location was perfect, bright and comfy overall.

Pay for the whole day hop on and hop off the little tugboat and it takes you across to every stop you want absolutely perfect

My 12 days in this lovely little suite were very enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer was so handy and there's an excellent grocery store just two blocks away. I walked the sea wall often as it was so close. I was staying to get some writing done and the suite afforded me the quiet I needed. Thank you.

Quaint unit, confortable bed, kitchen was well stocked. Parking access was convenient. Very well located right across from Granville Island. Market and coffee shop a block away. We'd stay here again.
