    Private living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, seperate entrance.

    Convenient transportation to many places in the city:

    - Few minutes’ drive or less than 15 minutes’ bus ride to Downtown Vancouver and UBC.
    - The Convinience Grocery Stores are just 5-10 mins walk.
    - Several block's to Pacific Spirit Regional Park and Jericho Beach.

We were not aware it was only a basement dwelling and very small. The ceilings were very low, not ideal for tall people like ourselves. We had to duck to avoid hitting our heads on duct work in the basement. Also it stated that it sleeps 4 but then only had linens for 3 people in the bathroom, and only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. Easy to walk to coffee and other shops in the area. It met our needs for a place to sleep but we spent our morning outside in the patio just to have more space.

Perfect for our stay. Small place was perfect for us but if you need a bit more living room just be aware it is small. Hit our head on the low roofs a couple of times and then learnt our lesson :) great stay in Vancouver

The listing was a basement apartment. I am 5' 11" and the ceiling was a little low. A person that is 6' 4" would have problems. Jen was very helpful and pleasant. She lived upstairs. The house was on the bus route and Jen was helpful in instructing us about the bus system. While the listing was for a 2 bedroom, we only found 1 bedroom. The house was in a residential area, no shops nearby.
