The host was very responsive and kind. We had some trouble viewing the details on available amenities and also some trouble figuring out the lock while checking in. But Jin was very patient and accommodating. Apart from that the unit is new, very clean, warm and nicely furnitured. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and is close to trout lake. My parents had a great, comfortable stay here. We would definitely look for this property again on their next visit.

Space was clean and tidy. It was in an excellent location, and very accessible to the SkyTrain. We had everything that we needed in the unit.Address was incorrect on the listing. Host responded promptly, but again, with the wrong unit number. Thankfully, it was resolved with subsequent messages. When I couldn’t lock the door from the outside, it took 6 hours for a response.
