• No smoking or vaping inside — violation will result in a $500 USD fine.
• No storage for bikes, and bikes are not allowed inside the apartment.

Please note that drinking alcohol, smoking, or vaping is not permitted in these shared spaces, and we ask that you always be respectful of others using the facilities. Smoking or vaping in the building areas is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine.
