Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy our OPEN CONCEPT floor plan with CITY & MOUNTAIN VIEWS, 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Well stocked, timeless kitchen feat appliances & wine fridge. Wake up and brew a cup of coffee. Dine el fresco on the deck. Enjoy 5-star amenities: Lap pool, hot tub, sauna and gym, 24hr on-site security. Situated in Downtown you are steps to the Skytrain, Costco, Rogers Arena, BC Place & QE Theatre, Gastown, False creek, great restaurants & more!
The suite is close to 1000 sq ft A master bedroom equipped with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub (Sleeps 2) A secondary room with queen size bed (Sleeps 2) A smaller third room can only fit a single bed (Sleeps 1) If you require the use of the sofa bed, please let us know ahead of time to set it up. (Sleeps 1) Upon request, prior to check in, playpen available for your stay. Please let us know upon booking.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. We appreciated the gym, pool, and hot tub and the location was great for getting around downtown Vancouver. We highly recommend!
We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo, it was conveniently located downtown, a short drive to the conference centre where we needed to be each day. It was nice and comfortable.
Family visit to Vancouver, exploring downtown and going to the Canucks hockey game which was so close to our accom.
Great location with coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants near by.
It was clean good location comfortable beds. We were glad to have parking available, however it is set up for medium sized vehicles we had rented a truck and it was a challenge to park .
We loved staying here for the weekend. It was easy to walk to grocery stores, shopping downtown and to Roger’s for the concert we came to Vancouver to see. It’s a very clean and comfortable condo. Thank you for having us!
We had a great time staying at Ashley's place in Vancouver! The condo was in a good location and very accessible to all that Vancouver has to offer (Stanley Park, Granville Island, Rogers Center, BC Place, etc.). Also very close to airport and public transportation. Within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable.
Nice place, great location and convenient to everything. Tight parking space though, so better suited for medium size suv or smaller. Distance from Rogers Arena is amazing!
Great location, very comfortable apartment, perfect for our needs. Fans and Aircon unit welcome with the hot weather we had. Clear instructions for access, chinese supermarket very close for groceries and great pizzas in the board games cafe nearby. We walked or used public transport easily from this location to explore the city.
We chose this location based on a concert we were seeing at Roger's arena. Super close walking distance to amenities. There was lots of extra secure paid parking on site. The parking garage and finding the garbage room were a bit of a maze. Was nice and clean with full kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
This is the second time I've stayed in this condo building, first in this unit. The location can not be beat for seeing shows or games at Rogers Arena or B.C. Place. The condo itself was very clean and quiet. Communication was easy and fast.
Excellent location to walk around Gastown, Chinatown and downtown. Train station is close by. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a parking spot, but the parking is very small and not easy to get in and out with a larger vehicle.
We flew in a few days before our departure. The location was perfect. Next to San Francisco Chinatown in Vancouver ranks way up there. We had access to excellent food within walking distance. Having the light rail stop close by made it easy to get other locations in Vancouver.
When it came time to leave, it was a short rideshare to the cruise terminal.
This condo was perfect for a short 3-day trip to Vancouver. Thanks to the previous reviews we rented a small SUV and it fit fine in the parking garage space. Our kids loved pool/hot tub/sauna area as well as the Asian market.There was a mix up during check-in with what the process was to access the building and parking garage, but the host was very responsive and helped us gain access quickly. This area is very walkable and the weather was perfect. The half bedroom was great for our young son. It’s probably not large enough for a large adult, but it feels bright and open. We had everything we needed during our stay.
Ashley was excellent to communicate with! Great details on how to access the unit, had maps, plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to lots of things…. Great restaurants, great coffee shop, Asian market that also serves hot food and Some wonderful restaurants. There’s even a Costco just around the corner. Others complained about hearing the lite rail go by. Didn’t bother us at all (we used air conditioning so had the windows closed). Speaking of air conditioning, we were surprised that it wasn’t central air. It was a portable unit in the living room. We turned it on when we arrived (6pm) and it took until the middle of the night for the condo to cool down. Kitchen well stocked. Felt safe. Would definitely stay there again!
This was in the perfect location for us. It was close to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. The building was in a safe area although there were a few homeless people in the plaza. We never felt unsafe. The condo itself was clean. We would have appreciated a few more towels and we had to buy additional toilet paper. The main comment I have is that the unit does not have AC as listed. This was fine for us has the weather was mild except for the first night when we arrived. We could not find anything on the thermostat that indicated air conditioning or any window units, so I would just think twice if you're there when it's very hot. We opened windows and there was a nice cross breeze so we were fine. Overall we had a great time and this was a great location.
Traveled for a concert at Rogers Arena and the property is in close proximity to the arena which was helpful. The positives…the property was clean, checkin was simple and we had great communication with host. What could be improved…add bath mats, extra towels, and appropriate bins for the recycling program indicated in the property manual. Other observations…the space is functional but not very comfortable if you will be spending time on property. The AC is a portable unit that barely cools the main room and definitely not the bedrooms which should only impact summer travelers.
