Beautiful home

There were 3 couples that stayed. It was wonderful because each couple had their own bed and bath. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is in an ideal location for getting around Vancouver. It’s a wonderful lay out inside, very bright & spacious, has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Had one small problem with the dishwasher, messaged Neeta & had a reply within minutes, very prompt & ready to do whatever we required to correct the issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we have all agreed that we would stay here again when visiting family in Vancouver (who are only 4 blocks away!!).

Convenient location

Very nice view of the city, great location for us on a quiet street. The rooms, beds were comfortable, nice kitchen (the tap is loose). We would go back.

Awesome Property & Location

We had a fabulous time. The location was ideal, within 35 minutes of most places we visited and shopping was easy. The house was fabulous, The beds were very comfortable. A plus was the 3 bathrooms. Our host Neeta was very responsive and a gem to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Clean and comfortable house with plenty of room to spread out. Lovely views and lots of natural light. Easy parking and neighborhood is convenient to many attractions. Would stay here again.

Beautifully place located very close to downtown

Good spacious property not far from downtown. It was very clean and beautifully designed. we stayed here due to the Taylor swift tour. The host is very accommodating.

Perfect for Our Stay

Neeta's place was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and homey. It had lots of room for all of us and we liked the additional space the balcony provided. It was hot while we were there and we really appreciated the A/C. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great space 3 bedrooms, 3 baths.

We enjoyed our stay here. Comfy beds, lots of space for our group of 6. Well furnished and great location for the standard Vancouver tourist attractions. Asian and Canadian grocery stores near by are a plus.Neeta was fast to response to any questions as well. We have a breaker flip on us twice but she was able to resolve within an hour. Upstairs is just a bedroom loft and bathroom. Yes, that shower is tight but it’s a house with three bathrooms, so no issues using the other ones.

Nice place but needs improvements

We generally enjoyed our stay at this property.Excellent location, close to grocery stores and downtown.Place needs improvements: issues with both toilets flushing (downstairs), very old mattress upstairs, old towels, water dripping from ceiling in one of the bedroom closets (downstairs), upstairs bathroom is definitely small but useful.

Good place to stay in familly

We spent a short week here with my familly, the house is great, big, we had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms so everybody was independant. The locking process for the door is secured (and cool !), we arrived and left without any problem. If we have friends looking for a place to stay during vacation in Vancouver we will recommand for sure.

Visiting my son

I stayed at this location with my son and his girlfriend to visit my other son who has lived in Vancouver for the past 12 years. The location was great and the house was clean and just perfect for our stay. We were close to a grocery store and sky train, so it was very nice. The house is well equipped, so we could just hang out and cook some meals. Will return to this location.

A Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, it was easy to access when we arrived and close to everything we wanted to do. Everyone was comfortable and had space to hang out after being out all day. Neeta was helpful when we contacted her. She always got back to me quickly. The AC units helped keep everything cool as we were there during a hot spell. We would definitely stay again!

Wedding trip in July

This was a great property and host for our stay in Vancouver. Neeta was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. It was not clear from the listing that not all of the rooms had air conditioning: the two queen bedrooms on the first floor did not have units which was disappointing for our stay in July.

Ideal place for a visit of Vancouver

The house is spacious and has everything you need, we certainly didn't want for anything. The three bathrooms were great for us because we were from three households, the generous space in the living/dining area was also great and the terrace was lovely in good weather. The supermarket is even within walking distance, as is the metro station, the bus stops almost on the doorstep. So it's easy to get around without a car. The only thing was that we sometimes ran out of dishes with six people ;-)

Great space for multiple adults (or kids).

This property was in a very easy area for my usual morning walks. The park up the way was a beautiful spot to see both the mountains and city skyline. In great area for different restaurants etc and walking distance to the train! The trash was in a very dark lit area behind the home but that was ok! Description of everything is right on point. Would suggest to grab some bubble bath for a nice soak in the deep tub! Perfect space for a group of 4 adults escaping the states for a week! Especially beautiful neighborhood for autumn with the different colored trees! Quiet neighborhood for my working from home also!

Nice East Van home

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. The only thing that had wished we’d known was that there is a living unit in the basement of the property. We got a house to enjoy the space and freedom of it, but we’re surprised that it wasn’t the entire building/no access to the back yard. We were ok with the arrangement and it wasn’t really an issue. However we are generally night owls and didn’t want to disturb the people below us. I would stay here again.

Vancouver trip

The accommodations were great. The location looks great and the size was terrific It was terribly hot 89° in the house when we arrived the cleaning did not leave any of the fans on. It took almost 24 hours to the place. There were five young men staying downstairs for the most nights They were quiet. They woke us up at four or 5 o’clock twice and last night. They woke us up at 4 o’clock and were noisy until six. That is unacceptable. We were all inside the house singing very very loud and those of us in the two bedroom they were right underneath. That tends to make me think twice of renting a house with anyone else staying in. We were looking for my granddaughters break, and we noticed a lot of stuff and dirt under the bed and the sofa and cold in the cobwebs behind the door.

Vancouver Christmas/New Year 2023

The property was roomy, and comfortable, we couldn't seem to make the heating respond at first, so it was a bit cool, then really warm after a few days. The shower didn't have a lot of power, and the water temperature would fluctuate a lot during shower-time. The house had plenty of room for a family, although lighting under kitchen units would improve food preparation processes, because presently it's quite dull lighting. We had a couple of maintenance issues with dishwasher and shower, although the property owner quickly remedied these, so that was good. The property has a large deck, that must be good in the summer, unfortunately we stayed during winter, although it was a shame there wasn't a Christmas tree, to assist the Christmas ambience. Would we stay there again when visiting Vancouver to see relatives, yes, we would, it is a nice property, it just needs a few things tweaking a little, that's all. The location was fine, there is a large supermarket about 10 minutes walk away, and a liquor store about 3 minutes walk away. The main road that runs by the end of the street, takes you into the main city area with a 15-20 minute drive, and parking outside the house is good.
