The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. Maintainance of facility and amenities. Door was scraped like someone tried to pick and break in. Many bulbs are gone off. Furniture was worn off. No hand soap. Theee isnt hand soap
