"I had an executive room with lake view which was well attired, comfy and spacious and overall delivered a feeling of luxury. The staff from check-in and housekeeping were extremely proficient and friendly, with any request sorted straight away. I enjoyed a quick swim in the pool which was great. "The hotel is fantastic, close to the metro for getting around. However they have a passive cooling system that doesn’t work that well during a heatwave. We happen to visit during the heat wave and it wasn’t the most comfortable. That seems to be the case with most places in Switzerland. Thank God the staff gave us a fan otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all."
