"The Chelsea apartment was well set up for 4 people (2 couples) with 2 bathrooms aligned to the two bedrooms and a good sized common area and kitchen by NYC standards. The location was in a lively area of Chelsea with restaurants and nightlife around the corner on 8th, and an easy walk to numerous subway lines, midtown, Tribeca, etc."

"This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen. The apartment was adorable and the location was perfect. It felt safe with lots of restaurant choices close by. It was an easy walk to nearby subways as well. Jose, the host, was really sweet and helpful to us. I’d stay here again."

"Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. We got to check in early and Deidre offered to let us stay a little longer on Monday the day we left. Communication was great and Deidre thought of everything...

"We wanted a place close to NYC for my son's graduation at Carnegie Hall but not pay the expense of Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the place. It's gorgeous and big with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Everything worked. At the end of a dead end street. Near the Path so easy access to Manhattan. We were sad that we only were staying for one night. The owner also is very responsive and willing to work with me."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The host Jay was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning to checkout. This apartment is in a great location, very close to Central Park and the subways, great food and coffee. I had the pleasure of meeting the host Jay as we were leaving, he was even more friendly in person. Thank you again, we had a great stay and hope to go visit again."

"Well located in a quiet neighborhood, grocery store and good breakfast coffee right next door, clean, stylishly furnished, coffee and coffee machine available and a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Pleasant host, she responded within a reasonable time and kept us well informed about everything. The apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore a bit dark. Since we used it mainly for sleeping, it was not disturbing."

"The location is great, plenty or restaurants and bars. Also literally a block away from the train for easy access to GC and everything else the city has to offer."
