"What a fantastic place to stay. Really lovely room with modern bathroom and all the kitchen facilities you’d need. Super comfy bed and a very peaceful area. The owner is really welcoming and helpful. I stayed 2 days for a work trip but I’d love to go back and make more use of the facilities, maybe stay in one of the hot tub rooms, and see more of the area."

"This amazing place has everything for a stay in a unique building in peaceful and quiet surroundings. The old rectory house is a lovely building with so much character. It is located in a quiet area and within walking distance to Arrow Valley country park which has some lovely walks, scenery and wildlife. Although the reception isn’t always staffed I had received clear instructions on access to the building, my room and an overview of the facilities. On arrival there was a member of staff present who was helpful, friendly and showed me the facilities. It was a quiet location at night with a comfortable bed and large room. There is plenty of cereal and fruit available for breakfast.I would recommend this venue for somewhere to stay which has a lot to offer for a reasonable price"

Large, modern countryside retreat with hot tub - Sleeps 24 - Nr Birmingham

"A pool table or table football would have been good and is easier to contain compared to say table tennis.Grange Hall could sleep 24 but we only found 16 bowls.At night, outside in the driveway was extremely dark and we would have benefited from more courtesy lighting, even if sensor activated. Collecting things from the car in the dark was traumatic for some. I recommend some discrete lights in the grass. One person inadvertently reversed onto the grass because they couldn't see the border.My daughter and niece thought there could be improved lighting around the hot tub but I questioned why they went in there in the middle of the night anyway "

"Located conveniently for The Storm Race 10k and if it hadn't been raining heavily there was lots of nice surrounding countryside to explore, the facilities in my room were good and included a microwave and fridge though there was no WIFI available, though the staff were excellent in helping me out after I couldn't find anyone to let me into my room, the landlord even bought me a toothbrush because I had accidently forgotten to pack mine, the pressure on the hot tap was a little strong and took some getting used to so I didn't spray water every time I turned it on and one of the bedside lamps came on by itself occasionally but other than those too things I found little to fault it"
