The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was good. Only issue was the door in the corridor slammed everytime someone went through it. Probably just needs the door closer adjusting.

Clean and quiet hotel, staff very helpful. There are roadworks by the hotel which has closed the main junction to it. Taxis will not pick you up, as they need to drive miles round to get to the hotel.

Not bad for a one night stay, had a fan in the room which helped with the extreme hot weather, didn’t use to pub so can’t comment on the food, but overall not bad for the money.

Our stay was great, not perfect because the rooms do not have AC and we experienced a heat wave at the time. The staff were all incredible.

Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, breakfast is amazing and well worth it Also not many people comment on car parking which we always look at Theres plenty of it and we have a car transporter trailer to take one of our cars to car shows locally and there’s plenty of room to park and manoeuvre. Highly recommend

Nice comfortable bed, good strong pressure in the shower & excellent food in the bar. Only issue was one of the bedside lights didn't work as the bulb was broken.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. Clean and nice to have tea and coffee making. There are major roadworks going on in the area until November 2026 and the re-routing is quite a distance. Added 20 minutes to my journey. My key cards stopped working on the second night which meant getting someone from the pub to help me. Thankfully there was still someone at the pub to come and issue a new key card.
