"Multiple miscommunication, no service. Hotel was empty and extremely was overpriced, they wanted to charge us extra for our friend who showed up to surprise us $140 euro after we paid $450 for our room, then after discussing with management they refunded us for that. Arrived to broken jacuzzi had to be fixed. The facility views are beautiful but not luxury for the price. No milk when asked. Most workers did not speak english. Alot of spider webs in our bathroom. "Pros:
- Nice welcome, asked if we wanted any drinks and took us to the room herself
- Gave us early check-in since we arrived early
- Staff often asked if we needed anything and were attentive (eg all the waiters, even though I only told one, looked out for cats when they knew I was afraid of them during dinner)
- Great food (breakfast assortment and meatballs dish for dinner)
- Great service (only place in turkey over a two week stay that actually refills your water at breakfast and dinner at no cost. Thank you for valuing hydration! Lol)
- Nice view and infinity pool
Cons:
- Loud music all day (except breakfast and dinner)
- Bathroom smelled weird!
- Shampoo, conditioner, and gel were previously used and not newly sealed
- Some of the larger sun beds were not cleaned and had traces of light dirt
- Pool had some hair and mold in different places, including pool chairs
- Inferior cleaning in general
- Spa services available but all pricey and were not described online
- Windy roads and far from the city if that’s not your thing
- Weak wifi, air conditioning, and fridge

Absolutely had the best few days and did not want to leave so soon!
All the staff were so friendly and helpful, checking in and making sure we wanted for nothing.
Considering how many people were obviously staying at the hotel, the main pool was always chilled and had beds, there was never a queue for a drink, and the dining room was never hectic.
We are just sad we didn’t get a chance to explore as much as we could because we were there for such a short time. But it was everything we had hoped for for a long weekend. "

The difference was day and night. The Purdue property was beautiful and unique. I love the rooms but for someone who is afraid of insects And walking creatures, then look into Nautica Hotel The rooms at Purdue are more like camping huts and no matter how sealed the screened tent s are, Insects will end up finding their way in. All in all, Purdue Is a stunning hotel and the location is unmatched by the seafront and nestled among the forest trees. "
"Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea. In general, the hotel leaves only positive impressions. Four of us rested for 10 days (3 adults and a teenager) and everyone was satisfied and we were not bored even one day. I can recommend this hotel for visiting."
