The hotel was lovely, the beach was on the front of the hotel. The hotel is outdated and the WiFi connection is terrible. Staff are very friendly. This hotel is more for the elderly
It was a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very helpful, especially Serhat at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at a great location, with its private bech and beautiful grounds made our stay very relaxing. Food was also good, very tasty and not too overwhelming with too many choices. Overall, It was a great pick and I will go back again soon.
Staff and management were attentive and very helpful. The all-inclusive experience was a welcome relief after 2 weeks of travel by not needing to pick restaurants and make other daily arrangements. Being at the end of the road meant the beachfront access felt like a private beach for hotel guests.
This is the only hotel in the blue lagoon and was wonderful. It has recently undergone new ownership and although I never visited before, what the new owners created is really special and relaxing. It is an all inclusive resort that has all meals/snacks and drinks included. There are lots of food selections - the food is ok. There’s a DJ and club every evening that has a fun vibe. There’s a game area for adults and kids that has foosball, ping pong, etc. Our room had been nicely redone and was a nice size. The area is also gorgeous with the pool and the amazing beach area and so many parasailers to watch! I would highly recommend this resort to others and would like to visit again.
Absolutely amazing location. If you are looking for a quite, not crowded beach with plenty of space in Oludeniz, this is it. The rooms are nice and humble. Nothing fancy. If you are pool person, this hotel does not have the best pool but none of the Oludeniz hotels either. This hotel is right in the lagoon where the sea literally dies. Water is clean and amazing. The only improvement I would see for this hotel is the food. The food is really not that great. It does the job the get you full and the open buffet is all day long so you can always eat. But do not expect great food. But I would absolutely go back.

Perfect hotel for anybody visiting Oludeniz. Beautiful beach to enjoy during the day and walkable to the main town for the evening. Would wholeheartedly recommend!
I have never written a negative review, however, I am so disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the room had a constant strong awful smell, which after reading some other reviews, may have been the smell of sewage. The duvet, which had no clean cover on, had a faceal smear on it! The constant thumping of loud music into our room from the hotel 2100hrs to midnight and from next door during the day, meant there was no escape. My wife had the most terrible food poisoning which meant we were stuck in our room for a couple of days. All this lead to us switching hotels after four torturous days. The Manager wasn’t interested and when checking out, couldn’t be bothered to speak to us about this. He said he was coming over to discuss the stay, then 20min after waiting for him, we were told he wasn’t coming! What a shame as the hotel is set a lovely bay. No attempt at communication or a refund has been made.
Prior Booking:
Booked Hotel Meri All Inclusive via Expedia for September 6–14, 2025. Confirmed by phone with the hotel that a third guest (my disabled cousin) could be added with an extra fee on arrival.
September 6 – Arrival Day:
Arrived ~5–6 PM. Hotel staff denied knowledge of the added guest, causing stress and neglect, especially as my cousin is disabled. Found severe mold in bathroom and non-functioning A/C (room above 30°C, unsafe and inhabitable). No management present. Reported A/C—technician failed to fix it. Tried contacting management via phone/WhatsApp, no reply. Contacted Expedia to report and request resolution. Forced to stay in hotel lounge due to uninhabitable room.
September 6 – Midnight:
Finally moved to another room, which was infested with bed bugs (we were bitten) and still moldy and dirty.
September 7 – Ongoing:
Conditions remained uninhabitable. Still no effective support from hotel management. Continued communication with Expedia seeking a full refund. Holiday ruined, causing major stress to me and my cousins, especially my disabled cousin.
Other Notes:
• Expedia contact number for hotel was incorrect.
• Hotel advertising was misleading.
• Strongly recommend this listing be removed to protect future guests.
This was a devastating experience. I am exhausted and praying Expedia will issue a full refund.

Disappointing. Website lead us to believe that there were varied menus on offer. In reality this was not the case so feal like false advertising. All inclusive is buffet style. Foods that were supposed to be hot were barely lukewarm. I had stomach upset for the first couple of days. The food got very repetitive. We ended up eating out most evenings as the food was so poor. When you've paid all inclusive this is not ideal. The only fruit at breakfast seemed to be grapes. Melon was served at lunch & dinner but I expect a better fruit selection at breakfast as this seems the norm on other holiday's else where. We did mention all of this to a manager & all he could say was we know it will be better next year. A little too late as will not be returning next year!! The place matts were stained & food under tables from previous night. Sunbeds were never cleaned or path ways hosed down. Minimal amount of sweeping was all we witnessed. A general lack of pride & attention to detail is really lacking. As holidays are getting more & more expensive so we do expect a levels of value for money. It is a real shame as the location is stunning. Rooms were good size with big bed, cleaned daily, though floors not mopped as noticed bottom of my feet where black even after shower & washing them. I do hope things improve or they will lose business.

Um in unser Zimmer zu gelangen müssten wir durch das Personal Bereich laufen.
