"The location of of the property was perfect. It is located next to a bus stop so it was easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants, and the train station/ nearby gondola. The property had all the basic necessities one could need in a vacation rental. I did experience two issues regarding no hot water one of the nights and temp inside the property was a little too warm for me and I was unable to change it. When I addressed it with the owner after our stay, she checked into it and found no issues on her end so I can’t really say of it was a one off or not. I wish communication turn around time could have been better, but altogether, we really enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen."

"I would absolutely stay here again - it's in a perfect location with quick access to downtown shops and gondolas. The views are incredible, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked, including a nespresso. The hosts are very kind and responsive"
