This house has recently been remodeled with Granite kitchen and Tile floors. The bathrooms are tiled one with tub and master with multi jet shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds and master has king bed. Laminate floors in living/dining areas. Stunning views from every room in the house. Property has fruit trees (oranges, grapefruit, lemon, tangerines and avocado), 5 person hot tub with aroma therapy, misters, fiber optic lights, stereo and multi jets. Large 70' screen TV with surround sound. 2 car garage.

As advertised in the pictures. Beautiful views peaceful and quiet. House easily sleeps 6 adults. The hot tub functioned perfectly. Plenty of parking. The house was very clean. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Patio was perfect for dinner at sunset. (See picture) The propane grill functioned as expected.The drive up the mountain is breathtaking and worth the destination.We will return if available for future trips.

Awesome Place to Stay, Highly Recommended!

One of the best VRBO's were we have stayed. Tina and Mel were very responsive to questions and request and made sure that we were able to have a fantastic Thanksgiving/Birthday for my son who's in the Marines. The views are fantastic and we especially loved the hot tub under the stars. The home is spacious the beds are very comfortable. Love the open design it was a great place to chill and reconnect with my adult children.

We had a nice time, air conditioning worked great, very pretty views and fast response when we reached out to host about an issue with the key. You are in the middle of a lot of nature and all that comes with that but overall very nice experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hills! Once we managed the 2 mile winding road, we were more comfortable using it day or night. The Roadrunners peeking in the windows were a hoot! We would do this, again.

The views here are always stunning! The landscaping is wonderful, and the hosts are very kind! We've stayed here many times, and the hosts remembered us, which was very nice! It's a great place to do yoga at sunrise and watch the sunset! Our kids always enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Incredible view!

This property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay to the very end! The listing was accurate and the amenities: hot tub, fire pit, grill and patio were excellent, but nothing beats the seclusion and sunsets and sunrises that only this property offers! Steep drive up a winding road which only adds to the experience, nothing dangerous or undoable. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks for adding to our family memories

THE VIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

The property is exactly as the reviews say it is. We were on the mountains so please be prepared to see alot of natures habit around the property! The views can't be beat for sure. The drive up will take some getting used to though. Thank you for a wonderful trip Mel and Tina!

Relaxing stay

The views are beautiful from the house. The beds were comfortable. It was a very nice stay. Many people have complained about the drive up but we didn't think it was bad at all. We come from Arizona and drive around mountains quite often. The directions that were given to us to get to the house were very helpful. The owners respond quickly, and we had no issues. The house is very spacious and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home :).

Owners very responsive and nice Now this review reflects us Drive up the MOUNTAIN was scary to me Single roads with no guard rails and steep Having said that the views are very pretty The windows all around give you a nice view but they were dirty It’s a bit outdated and I’m afraid of bugs so we saw 8 beetles and a centipede but again it’s a mountain property so probably expected I think because the shower pressure was not great and it has jets but they don’t work Fridge water doesn’t work but may be kinked hose Spa was nice and had great jets with stunning view Beds were comfortable but my husband didn’t like that instructions say put sheets near washer to be washed when checking out but not blanket so we were not sure our blankets were clean from the last visitors or not. Area is beautiful and remote If you are scared of heights just go really slow We knew it had views so we knew it would be up there It was very foggy and so coming down we had to take it so slow Overall it’s a nice place and you will enjoy the views and spa and remoteness It’s not luxury but it’s decent We were visiting family so we’re hardly there but we enjoyed the time we were

Secluded neighborhood in the hills of Valley Center.Close to entertainment if you really wanted it, but the quiet views and all-inclusive property kept us on the premises our whole weekend. The raptors love to soar at the height of the home - you feel you are in the skies with them.

The house with the views

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We watched beautiful Sunsets from the Patio, and enjoyed watching stars from the hot tub. Totally recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway

The views of this property were breathtaking! We felt the warmth immediately when we entered the home and were greeted by fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious.

Nice, but.

We booked this home to stay at during our son’s wedding. Nice property, nice home. We checked in and used the two queen sized rooms leaving the master for our daughter and her 5-yr old son. On the third day, it was discovered (because it was covered up). That there was a water leak under an area rug that had been placed to hide the leak with puppy training pads placed to conceal the problem. On top of that, the bathrooms both had a form of black mold in them. One on the room, the other on the shower curtain. The leak was discovered when our daughter in law came for a visit and sat down to changer her 2-month old son. Judging from one of the pads the leak had been there for a while. When we contacted the owner he said it had just been discovered and was covered up to not inconvenience us. He only gave us the option to vacate and refund us for the remaining time. With 3-groups, where were we supposed to go?My wife and I both have compromised immune systems, and my wife has leukemia,not to mention the kids being there. No notifications/warning. When I called VRBO they said you have 24-hrs after check in to file a complaint. The problem was hidden and not disclosed by the owner. By the time we checked out 1/3 of room was soaked. I can only guess what the leak was. One pad was brownish in color. Live and learn. Trust?

Location Location Location!

Our stay was better than we imagined! The views from the porch, family room and hot tub are fantastic. Sunrises in the morning soaking in the hot tub were the best way to start the day! Sunsets were spectacular too.We used the hot tub everyday and really enjoyed it at night under the stars.The kitchen is well stocked and everything is easy to find. We all liked the beds and slept well. So quiet!!!The AC works really well when it got hot, but we were able to open the windows for the nice breezes. Follow the driving directions, they work great. The ride up the hill is so worth the effort!If I come back to visit this area again this rental will be on the top of my list to rent again!Thank you again for a wonderful stay and experience!

Heavenly Hilltop Escape

Everything was as promised. Don't know how you could ask for a better experience. Property exactly as described plus extras. Host responded immediately whenever contacted. Were able to check in early. Never wanted to leave.
