Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very central
Very central but really old room that need a refinished.
The best point is the staff, really polite, friendly and professional.
Breakfast has good variety and the view from the breakfast rooms is amazing.
I have chosen the hotel for the price and at the end I was happy with my choice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was ok , maintenance guy was great and one Maltese receptionist was lovely
Apart from that breakfast was awful, no hot water at times, no plates at times Had to ask for just about everything
No atmosphere Needs a lot of attention to detail, shame as beautiful view from sitting area
Needs staff to be far more approachable. Perhaps some music might break the silence
Fab area though
Sitting area in reception needs complete update I know it’s an old hotel but furniture was so old
One room that was rented out was a store room, guest asked to see our room to compare I would never have unpacked and slept there it was damp, wooden floor had lifted where it was so bad
Wouldn’t stay again unless it had a complete upgrade
Very sad as it was a perfect location in Valletta
Love Malta 🇲🇹❤️
