"What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! Thank you for having us 😊"

"We were welcomed every warmly by Pascale who went through all the formalities and gave us the keys. The appartement is quite small but very cosy with everything we needed fir the week. The most attractive feature is the location - virtually opposite intermarche supermarket and 5 minutes walk from Valley Blanche and Belle Etoile skilifts to get you up the mountain. "

"Great appartment very close to the bottom of Belle Etolie lift. Comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms with balcony and fine mountain views. Close also to convenient supermarket, over the road to superb bakery and overall a great find. Thanks also for the real Christmas tree - merci bien!Hosts are a bit picky and could ease our stay with a bit more attention. Equipment storage could be an easy win given the large garage - but not offered initially. Two sets of keys for three separate families is also challenging - could be easily sorted with key box. Also could have more care in courteous response to enquiries. But overall very pleased and would certainly recommend. "

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control.
