Nice friendly hotel

Very nice friendly hotel however bed and room were a bit small and the noise insulation wasn't great as we were awoken by returning guests and staff in there rooms above. Breakfast was good and coffee excellent

hôtel incontournable

je recommande cet hôtel, l’accueil est plus qu’excellent, très bien placé proche des pistes et commerces. Petit déjeuner sympa et selon la météo en terrasse donc parfait. La literie est bonne.

Satisfaisant ds l'ensemble.

Bien pour une nuit, propreté irréprochable, manque de place, une chaise pour déposer des affaires aurait été utile, salle de douche bcp trop petite, déjeuner très cher, (15 euros !) pas besoin d'autant de choix (tartes....gâteaux) sinon excellents produits...Assez calme, problèmes pour se garer, restaurants et commerces à proximité.... Ne pas avoir peur de marcher.

L’accueil, l’appartement est très cosy. Par contre la troisième chambre c’est un cagibi il n’y a pas de Fenetre ou de aération possible pour la troisième personne.

Grosse déception pour un 3 étoiles

Grosse déception pour cet Hôtel trois étoiles ? Compte tenu des prestations cela ne devrait pas dépasser les deux étoiles. Chambre réservée "chambre standard lit double avec vue ville". A l'arrivée la personne nous donne une chambre avec 3 lits simples et un fenestron de 50 x 50cm!! nous avons donc réclamé la chambre réservée. Nous avons récupéré une chambre mini avec une mini salle de bain et chambre (totalité avec couloir 13M2 grand max) vue sur les pistes de ski... Pas de signalisations dans les couloirs de l'établissement, juste les numéros sur les portes, pas d'ascenseur, pas de VMC ni patère dans la salle de bain, pas de climatisation, et une penderie à côté du lit avec 5 ceintres et deux cases en dessous pour ranger ses affaires et juste la place pour faire le tour du lit...Oreiller plat sans volume mais au moins un bon matelas. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre, très bruyant plancher bois et cloisons fines vous entendez le voisin éternuer pas top pour l'intimité... Pas de parking. Le tout pour la somme de 169 €!!! Aucun geste commercial, nous n'avons rien réclamé par contre nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet Hôtel. Nous sommes de la région Grenobloise et louons chaque année une chambre à cette même période depuis environ 10 ans, nous n'avons jamais été autant déçus. Le prix n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestations niveau deux étoiles. A réserver pour les étrangers, même si cela ne nous fait pas bonne presse. C'est mon avis.
