The room was clean and quiet and wathever you need you can ask them any time and they will help you, the front desk staff is there 24 hours. We had a tour super early, we let them know with anticipation and they had a box lunch ready to go for us. "We traveled as a family of four with two young children. The acommodation was fine, had all amenities and nice shower. The hammocks were really good for the kids. Location really good. The only drawback was that the service wasnt particularly friendly. We also didnt realise until after booking that they will add and extra 19% tax on top of the advertised fee so please be aware of this."
