"The hotel is beautiful. Perfectly simple, pretty French villa converted to a hotel. The service was impeccable. A lovely family owns the property. The breakfast was amazing. The room was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back! "

"Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free."

"We stay at a lot of VRBO's and have seen many wonderful properties but this villa stands out. The outdoor cooking and entertaining facilities are utterly fantastic and all the pots, pans and equipment you would want are there. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"After a 12 hours of flight, we have arrived at the place, the shower was not working! We could not get a shower that day because the plumber came the other day. After a few days dining out, I decided to cook whereas I found that the dishwasher was not working ! It would give all the warning lights on but would not even start. The owners dad would come the other day tried to fix it, did not work. The plumber, the other day, it did not work again. The other day the owner would bring a new dishwasher leaving a leakage in one of the hoses which the water go through the kitchen. LOTS of hassle. Everyday either plumbers, or the owner or his dad were in to help fix the issues. While these were going on we could not use water and had to use the public toilets in another building!! I was truly kind since this is life and things could happen. I only did nicely ask to leave and a refund for the rest of the stay since each day was a mass. He did not accept, he said he was helping to fix the issues. Well we went to another hotel for a few days and I had to pay for 2 places, but still did refuse to stay at that place. After we returned to the USA, I sent another note to the owner ( I can provide all our correspondence through the stay) I kindly asked a refund for at least 4 days for compensation/ refund to try to solve with him first, before I report the issue , he replied in a very nasty, ugly way blaming me for blackmailing! And that I drew a great picture of America! All was horrible."

"My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general! Better yet, the host was very communicative and flexible when we arrived very late and left early. Would highly recommend this property!"
