Quite a nice hotel, a little further out of the centre of town that ideal, but taxis are readily available! Quite a large cost to use the Spa which I thought was excessive and sadly the gym was closed - my husband would have liked to use it.

Disappointed with lack of facilities
We booked this hotel over others because it boasted a pool and a spa and after a very long drive that’s exactly what we needed We requested a double bed but got twins When we asked about using the facilities we were told we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and the spa was only open at the weekend None of this was explained in the hotel information

However, we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations regarding the pool and spa facilities. Our outdoor swimming pool is indeed seasonal and operates during the warmer months. Our spa is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00, this information is clearly indicated on our website. However, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will make sure to communicate this information more clearly in the future. The property is beautiful, very clean, very modern, good food in the restaurant, nice pool and the staff was fantastic! It is a little out of the main area of touristy things to do but easily walkable or you can take a bus so no problem there. Great stay, thanks!

Fantastic Hotel
This hotel just works perfectly. The rooms are very well laid out, the bathrooms are bright, clean, and organised. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend staying in one of this brand's hotels.

A perfect hotel. wonderfully sized rooms, brilliantly designed, so comfortable. Food was excellent, staff were really nice. The location is calm, cultured and care free. Valladolid is not an exciting place, but if you have to go then this place is perfect. 10 out of 10.

5* - Really Great Stay!
Staff were the most helpful - helped us book taxis daily, offered us an umbrella when it was raining and gave my friend sanitary products when she was caught out by shops being closed on a Sunday. Friendly, helpful and spoke English! Bar was lovely, drinks were fairly priced. Measures were free poured and larger than what we get at home and the price was really good. We also got little bar snacks for free which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, bright with large floor to ceiling windows and the bathroom was beautiful. Really lovely decorated, clean and shower pressure was great. TV and wifi included. The blackout blinds were amazing and really great for a good nights sleep. Beds were comfy and pillows were nice. Breakfast had a good selection of foods and had plenty for picky eaters and healthier choices. You could also ask for made to order food like eggs. We enjoyed it and went back a few times. Location was about 10 minutes in a taxi to the Playa Major, which cost between 6-10 Euros, pretty cheap! It would cost double that at home. It's walkable too in about 40 minutes. There were nice cafes around for a morning coffee but we didnt try any of the restaurants in the area as we headed into the centre. Taxi's picked us up right outside and were called by the reception. We went in September and were sad to see the pool was closed but that's out own fault for not reading the website properly. Overall, absolutely loved our stay and would visit again.

Very good hotel for the times
Good. Stayed mid August. Very clean and staff firm but friendly in enforcing current situation. Some facilities not open, as you might expect at the moment (restaurant appeared to be breakfast only, spa and gym closed) but pool open and very good. Plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. Signposting of the car park entrance isn’t great but there’s plenty of free on-street parking at the rear and in other nearby streets. We stayed at another Vincci in Valencia a month or so ago and that was a similarly good experience so it influenced our choice this time. About two miles from the city centre in a modern district of town, and close to the main roads, so good for tourers or business travellers with a car. Good WiFi. Number 1 bus passes, there’s a shopping centre over the road, all good!

Good overnight stay
One night stay on way to Santander to catch return sailing after holiday in Southern Spain. The Hotel was easy to find and very good underground garage 9some are really tight in Spain) .... Room, Bed, staff and food All Good I will definitely stay at the Hotel again .... Lots of Restaurants/Bars around but to fair I drank/ate at Hotel restaurant and would again.

Classy hotel for chea, great pool, excellent staff
We were a large family group (3 rooms) visiting a friend nearby in Valladolid. We picked this hotel given its proximity to our friend in the southern part of the city, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the Vincci Frontaura. It felt very classy but at a reasonable price. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and even spent one afternoon/evening just lounging by the pool and ordering food from the restaurant until later in the evening. It was a very pleasant spot. There was one maintenance issue with a room door that wouldn't open but the hotel worked with us to get it addressed quickly, and were very accommodating. The location was a few minutes drive to the central part of Valladolid, which we did and it was easy to park downtown. But it could feel a bit removed from the central city if you would prefer to just walk or take transit. We used parking at (under) the hotel and that was very easy. The breakfast was included with our room rate and it was a great spread of food. Cooked items as well as pastries and local meats and cheeses. Everyone found something to eat.

The Hotel itself is great. The room was excellent very clean and comfortable. We were only there the one night so can't really say what it would be like if you were staying longer. The evening meal was mediocre. I would eat out in future. Breakfast was quite good.

Nice and modern hotel ~ 3km south of downtown
I enjoyed this hotel. Very nice, new, clean, quiet, with nice and helpful staff. Good and steady wifi signal, comfortable and roomy suites. Only issues are 1) the location which is ~ 3km from the plaza mayor so you'd need a car, bus, taxi, or an hour of walking to get there. 2) Pool was freezing cold, essentially too uncomfortable to stay in for more than a minute or two. I did not eat at restaurant since breakfast was not included. But there are 3-4 bars and restaurants on the block open most hours including an Irish pub and 2 restaurants w great food.

Looks amazing and very chic but smells awful
Hotel checkin wasn't very successful three times back and forward with our key. Room was beautiful apart from the air conditioner didn't work and so noisy from the busy traffic if the window was open. Reception requested our parking charge despite this being included in our booking. We had booked this hotel for the spar facilities however we were extremely disappointed to discover that we had to pay extra to use this plus it was only open Fri - Sun, this wasn't mentioned in the Hotel information.
