Perfect stay in well equipped villa

The villa was perfect for our party of 5 and Michel went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the village of Valbonne is a short distance away with several good restaurants. The air conditioning was good but the house stays cool so it was hardly needed. We would gladly stay again.

Great villa in Valbonne.

Absolutely great house with a large pool. The pictures do not do justice to this place. The house has everything you can think of and some more. The village of Valbonne is a gem, very close, great restaurants and people. Terrific vacation, will definitely come back. Thank you Michel and Valery.

Oasis of peace

We enjoyed the stay in the villa with 5 adults, two parents and kids, very much. The villa has three different terraces where it’s easy to withdraw and is conveniently located. Walking to Valbonne is possible in 20 minutes and a it’s a 30 minutes drive to Cannes and Nice. Michel and Valerie are great hosts.

Fantastic stay in Michel and Valérie’s lovely house

We are a family of four and we had a fantastic week. The pool, the house, the location and most of all very friendly greeting and great help throughout our stay from Michel and Valérie. We had car problems on our first day but with great help from Michel and Valérie we got the car fixed. The pool and house is well kept and we all enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool. The house is very well planned, separating the bedrooms from the living room and kitchen. The location within walking distance from the charming village of Valbonne is just perfect and within 30 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Côte d’Azur. We would love to go back!

Superbe villa très agréable à vivre et bien située

Valérie et Michel sont très accueillants, et leur villa ne l’est pas moins. Les propriétaires pensent à tout pour que les vacanciers profitent au mieux de leur villa. Celle-ci est très bien conçue, très bien agencée et parfaitement équipée pour permettre de passer d’excellentes vacances (calme, aucun vis à vis, plusieurs terrasses permettant de toujours être dans les conditions parfaites quel que soit le moment de la journée, piscine adaptée aux familles, chambres spacieuses, 2 Sdb, facile d’entretien de part les matériaux utilisés, garage à disposition). Valbonne, très charmant village provençal à environ 1 km, 15 minutes à pied, avec toutes les commodités.

Der Check-in war tiptop. Michel hat alles Nötige erklärt und gezeigt. Die Gesamtausstattung war sehr gut (Küche: alles vorhanden; TV: Wohnen, 2x Zimmer; WLAN: perfekte Abdeckung auf dem ganzen Grundstück; Bäder: Top-Zustand; Pool: 1A; Aussenbereich: gut gepflegt, elektrisches Garagentor und Eingangstor). Gute Verkehrsanschlüsse in alle Richtungen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci Michel!

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Vermieter ❤️

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das perfekt ausgestattet war, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und haben auf jede Anfrage sofort geantwortet. Wir hätten uns immer an sie wenden können. Das war aber nicht nötig, da es keinerlei Probleme gab. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Pool war ein Traum. Er wurde bei der herrschenden Hitze sehr oft genutzt. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Haus nur empfehlen! An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Loue!!

3 belles semaines de vacances loin de la grisaille

Merci à Michel et Valérie d’ouvrir leur belle maison et leur jardin/terrasse très agréables et ouverts sur la nature. Accueil très agréable et plein de bonne humeur. Michel et Valérie sont très discrets et néanmoins disponibles si besoin. La maison est située à proximité du vieux Valbonne et idéalement située pour découvrir les Alpes-Maritimes. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les moments en famille autour de la piscine après nos journées de découverte de la région et/ou dans nos journées de farniente.

Confort, calme et accueil sympathique... que demander de plus?

Maison très agréable et bien conçue avec séparation distincte entre l’espace de vie et les chambres, ce qui permet à chacun de vivre à son rythme sans déranger l’autre. Le jardin est très bien aménagé avec plusieurs espaces pour se détendre ou s’alimenter à l’ombre de parasols et de stores. Le coin piscine, un peu à l’écart, est lui aussi très agréable, généreux en chaises longues, ce qui fut fort apprécié! La piscine elle-même est de bonne taille et très bien entretenue - merci à Michel qui passait de temps en temps avec beaucoup de discrétion pour l’entretenir et arroser le jardin. Enfin, l’accueil de Michel et Valérie fut très sympa. Ils ont su nous mettre à l’aise. Nous les remercions pour la confiance qu’ils nous ont faite en nous remettant leur jolie maison. Nous les remercions également pour les nombreuses petites attentions qui furent très appréciées. En somme, nous avons passé deux semaines très détendantes, dans un cadre fort agréable à 15/20 minutes à pieds de Valbonne... petite virée matinale à la boulangerie oblige! La région, que nous connaissons bien ne manque jamais de nous émerveiller. Merci donc, Michel et Valérie. Nous espérons que votre première expérience de laisser votre maison cet été vous aura donné l’envie de poursuivre l’aventure!
