"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment in a great location."

"Pros: Un grand merci à Federica pour son accueil si chaleureux. L'appartement était spacieux et bien equipé avec une terasse et une vue magnifique, et l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un excellent cappuccino ! Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cette adresse à tous nos proches qui souhaitent visiter la Toscane."

"Very nice property and easily walkable to all of Pienza. It was also a convenient base to explore the Tuscany region. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lot of restaurants and shopping in less than a 5 minute walk. The photos of the apartment were accurate. I would add to the property description that parking is not at the property but public parking is nearby (for clarity).Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"Pros: I loved this apartment, so comfortable and all the little details attended to, a wide variety of breakfast foods. Delightful to sit outside to eat and see all the birds and creatures, including hummingbird moths! We could do laundry."

"Grand logement, propre et très bien situé. La ville et les restaurants facilement accessibles à pied. Lits confortables."

"Beautiful property. Our favorite for our 2 weeks in Italy."

"We stayed for six nights. Pros: clean, garden view is good. Cons: 1. When we are still sleeping at 10am, the staff unlock the door to come inside, it is so Scary. Lucky, we are still wearing clothes. 2. WiFi is unavailable. Staff do not reply message to solve. 3. Noisy at mid-nights ( TV sounds, lady laugh sounds, footsteps & refrigerator sounds) 4.
