Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a great stay. It was a very well stocked, clean, and functional space with a great location on the edge of Vail village right by a bus stop. We'd definitely stay there again.
This was a great place to stay. It was clean and looked just like the listing/photos. It had a wonderful hot tub right outside. The location was great, only an 8 minute walk from the gondola or you can take the shuttle that picks you up right outside. The restaurants and shops were just across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was large and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful stay.
Overall, this property was awesome and in a fantastic location, but we ran into some minor issues. The property was not ready for check in at 4pm, the blinds in the master bedroom didn't work, and the fireplace was broken. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub and heated pool were clean and relaxing, the property was comfortable and nicely maintained, there were plenty of clean towels/sheets, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The rental was very nice and cozy, clean and in a great location. It was very walkable to gondola one, shops and restaurants in the village. The only downside was the fireplace unfortunately broke and they couldn’t fix it while we were there but I get these things happen. It also would be nicer if they had hand soap in a larger bottle than the mini bottles they give you in a kit (just a minor thing but thought I’d share for a suggestion). I would definitely recommend this place though. It was a great stay
Of the 10 online travel agency properties my family has stayed in this was the absolute number 1 of places we have booked previously. Amazingly clean. The location is perfect for VAIL. Perfect parking situation. We are a family of 5 with two large teenage boys and the space was plenty big for all. It was really well supplied in the kitchen and with linens. One concern having been away from VAIL for a long time was the walk to the Gondola: It is 80 steps from the front door to the shuttlebus which drops you at the covered bridge to Gondola One. The walk from the dropoff to Gondola One is about twice the initial walk but everyone in VAIL has to do that so it doesn't count...in short...plenty close. Perfect VAIL choice for a family.

The condo was clean, current, with nice, comfortable furniture. the location was very convenient to Vail village (not sure about the proximity to lionshead as we did not venture that way...great restaurants right there. The walk to the mountain was longer than we usually like, but still under that 10 minute mark. hot tub and pool were nice and clean. overall, very nice place to stay with all the comforts of home but the feel of being at the mountain, with all that Vail village has to offer right outside your door. Highly recommend the italian restaurant 1 minute away for dinner, buly ranch across the street for chili, and delli for breakfast sandwiches...speaking of which, if you want to cook, kitchen is fully equipped, deli has some groceries

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The location on the edge of Vail Village was easy! The walk to Gondola One to ski every morning was easy as we could store our skis and boots at the ski shop at the Gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool was nice and clean as well and right outside the back door adjacent to the unit. We would definitely rent this again.
Gate code provided was incorrect and tried to make contact with number but no luck because we arrived late due to travel delays. Finally after trying other numbers we were able to get in. Bad start but otherwise everything went well from that point on.
