Creekside Condo, Patio w/ Grill, Pet Friendly - On Free Bus Route

Enjoy listening to Gore Creek from the two sunny living area or from the covered patio in this beautiful recently remodeled "Euro-chic" condo.

The sunny garden level living room has a 60" 4K TV and an "Alexa controlled" stereo - so you'll have access to all of your favorite music or news channels at the command of your voice. There is a "home-office" desk set up right by a large window which allows you to get work done while overlooking Gore Creek. There is an L-shaped sofa that converts to a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a full sized full bathroom. The bedroom is quiet and features a brand new - very comfortable queen mattress.

The convenient West Vail South location is just a couple minute drive to all of the stores and restaurants of West Vail. The free Town of Vail shuttle bus stop is located just 150 yards from the front door, allowing you to get to the slopes in just minutes.

This townhouse is pet-friendly - and is located just a few hundred yards from the great West Vail dog park.

There are two reserved parking spots (one-car behind another)

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
​​​​​​​** Pets & Fees - “Pet Friendly” means Dog Friendly only. If a property is pet friendly, then a per pet, per night fee will apply. Some online booking sites, such as VRBO, do not allow us to list the maximum number of pets per property. If you are renting a pet friendly property, and will have more than one dog, please reach out prior to booking to verify if the home will allow more than one dog. Additional fees will apply for more than 1 dog.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.
