The Property sits right on the river, which makes the views even more spectacular. The home is warm, cozy and inviting - a true gem in the area. Everything you need - a cozy outdoor campfire on the river, s’more sticks, games, etc - all laid out for you to optimize your family time. "

"The house was a perfect location for our family 'Leaf Peeping' trip. The house was spacious and had most things we needed. The property seems to be newer to the market as we couldn't find basic info like the wifi password or how to operate the t-stat, but management responded promptly. It would have been nice if they'd been a little flexible to meet a couple of requests. We totally recognize they followed the guidelines but it would have made the experience a bit more pleasurable if they had been able to accommodate. Having said that the communication with management was very good, prompt, and professional. We all agree that we'd love to stay there again and we highly recommend this property."

"We were welcomed by John when we checked in. It was our 25th anniversary and in our room was the sweetest card and balloons to honor the occasion. So extremely thoughtful! The room was adorable and very comfortable. It had been outfitted with all the amenities you can think of…pastries and snacks, board games, toiletries, and a full kitchen. The only thing I regret is not staying longer in this charming B and B! We will absolutely be back when we visit Woodstock!"

"Loved having water / coffee stations on each floor! We liked the location being outside the town center & enjoyed being right on the river. It was pleasant & relaxing to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the view. We hope to return one day! TIP FOR HOTEL — People who just want hot water are having a difficult time figuring out how to make the machine do hot water only. — They could really use a sign with instructions. TIP FOR FUTURE TRAVELERS— You must have a car. The area between the hotel & stores doesn’t have a safe place to walk beside the road. "
