After reading reviews I was pleasantly surprised of the high quality of our room. We had a premium king room in the river house. Was large and bathroom was also large with a jacuzzi tub, shared balcony overlooking the river. Walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. Only stayed one night for a wedding in town but overall had a very good experience!

Upon entering the hotel, the lobby is gorgeous with 2 fireplaces. Staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was a bonus. The room was spotless and has a fireplace in the room. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely go back.

First room we checked into was not cleaned but staff was quick to get us a new room. New room had a great view of the river and was clean enough. We only had about half a roll of toilet paper in the family room and no spares. Also no phone in the room to call the office. A good place to lay your head but not much more.

Great location, walking distance to downtown Woodstock and there’s a grocery store across the street. Parking was easy and we loved the fire pits in the back at night. Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and dirty. Other than that it was great for a fall weekend in Woodstock.
