I love the fact that was really close to the beach, the property is well maintained clean and all the amenities works. The property looks a little old but well kept. When we stayed there we heard a lot of noises even after quiet hours. Public transportation is right at the front door to go any places, we would stay there again.

I will never recommend this place. Customer service is awful!!
I needed to cancel my reservation due to a work-related issue and they took my money. No refunds!!
No only this, I paid Expedia insurance for my stay and due to the Penguin hotel awful customer service, the Insurance DENIED my claim. So both the Penguin hotel and Expedia Insurance took my money. A total rip off!!! Worst experience ever!
