Your home away from home in North Utica located at the Grand Bear Resort completely remodeled (new bathrooms, new floors , new carpets), with 2 bedrooms. This pleasant townhome offers a serene escape for you and your guests. With 1 king bed, jet tub, sink 1 sofa bed, and fireplace in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom, it comfortably accommodates your group. The entire house has water softener to make your stay more pleasant. The back patio leads to open space with plenty of room for kids to play with access to common grill area. Immerse yourself in the superb amenities including heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, WiFi, washing machine, iron, and AC. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, hair dryers and towels. Kitchen includes various cooking and baking essentials including 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric kettle. Our 1800 sq Villa accommodate a maximum of 9 people . VILLA IS PRIVATELY OWNED !!! For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately !!! The Villa is not connected to the hotel. Experience the magic of North Utica at our townhome. Enjoy your stay !!!! The house has a ring doorbell camera installed on the front door.

Super clean, great location near starved rock and downtown Utica. Was a little confusing to find at first but so easy once figured out. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and nicely decorated! Grand bear has a great coffee shop. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was incredibly clean and beautiful, and it was in a perfect location for our adventures at Starved Rock and Mattheissen Park. Check-in was super simple and the host was easy to communicate with before our arrival. Overall, it was a fabulous stay.

Thanksgiving trip

Everything was great- we ended up using the kitchen more then expected, but it was stocked with everything we needed. Very clean place with new finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Wonderful weekend!

Enjoyed wonderful weekend with friends. Host thought of everything including small touches to make us feel welcome. Super clean and well stocked. Location is close to town as well as both state parks. We are looking forward to a future visit!

We rented this place for a little getaway for my birthday. Very clean and cozy townhouse with all the right touches. I loved all the cozy blankets available to use, and all the extra little details. We'll definitely visit here again soon.

Great place! Freshly renovated and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for homey meals! Close proximity to all main attractions including Starved Rock. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. The place includes two parking spots. Will become our go to place for visits to Starved Rock!!

Anniversary

It was nice. Only issue we ran into was the conrs that were supposed to be blocking our dsignated parking wasnt there and the spots were in use. However the neighbors were polite enough to move one of theirs without issue.

Perfect getaway!

We decided to take a last minute trip and found this awesome townhome! The location was perfect to get to the state parks and the Utica restaurant scene, the townhome had everything we could have needed (including brand new towels and kitchen appliances, cookware, etc.), and the host was so easy to work with. Will definitely recommend this property to others! You could tell that it was newly renovated. So nice!

Amazing place!

My wife and I wanted a nice place to stay with a full kitchen and a "non-public" hottub. This townhome exceeded our expectations. The two-person jetted tub in the Master bedroom with a fireplace (there's a bonus fireplace on the lower level in the family room as well) was so welcome during one of the coldest weekends of the year. The below-zero wind chills kept us from hiking the lovely parks near here, but our hostess provided us with fun games to play, books to read, a comfortable bed, and absolutely SPOTLESS accommodations. We'd recommend booking here, and we will plan on doing so again as well.

Fabulous stay

I enjoyed my stay at H4 unit. I had a few issues with things not working like tge bedside lamp, fireplace in master bedroom and refridgerator not having an icemaker or cold filtered water. All minor issues honestly and when I notified the owner she compensated me promptly for the non working items. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. All the amneties you could ask for to make you feel at home.
