"This property has SO much potential! The area is gorgeous, pool wonderful (although cold bc not heated), vicinity of amenities is wonderful and Starved Rock State Park just 10 mi away is awesome... but the upkeep was awful. And, service at the Red Dog Restaurant on site was awful. Unfortunately, overgrown weeds, broken bedroom blinds, a dirty bathroom, and lack of amenities we actually used were not worth the price. We couldn't wait to get home. :("

"If Harry Never Met Sally, was a beautiful place. It was well maintained, and very clean with exception of some dust on shelves and in some cabinets, other wise it was spotless. The check in process, was easy. The staff at Heritage Harbor reached out and sent emails with amenities available so we would be ready to go when we got there. "A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. You are seconds away from several restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shopping. We look forward to going back. Access and communication was good also."
