Spacious and clean room but of older styles and conditions. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were superb and traditional Japanese style set meals. The tourist information at Yufuin train station was very helpful in providing us with directions to the hotel. You can catch a taxi but we decided to walk the 20 mins as we were early for our check-in and it gave us a chance to explore along the way.
