"We booked 2 of Tamarind Studios each with a queen bed. The studios were huge with dining table, Kitchenette, a bathtub in bathroom and a jacuzzi outside (one had partial sea view)! The beach area (Ffryes beach) was very clean and had free use of kayaks and paddle boards for the guests. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast overlooking the sea and another for dinner. The housekeeping staff was very helpful in bringing anything we needed and the hotel manager is simply the best - making sure that every guest was cared for! When he learned that my son had cough/cold/flu, he asked his chef to make an Ayurvedic tonic with ginger, lemon, honey, turmeric) and had it delivered to him (while we were at the restaurant) which helped him a lot! We will definitely go back there."

"Lovely little clean self-contained apartment on a hillside, with the owners living in the house above. Nice sandy Beach five minute walk with a couple of restaurants/bars on the beach. Although the apartment was self Catering, it’s quite some distance to go to do any shopping, nothing within walking distance. Luckily we had a hire car. However, the owner left a 5L container of water in the fridge along with plenty of consumables like sun lotion and shower gels available. Plenty of towels for the apartment and for the beach, induction hob cooker in a small kitchenette with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of toilet rolls for the short say that we were there, and a mosquito net completely covering the bed. Gas barbecue outside along with a round sun lounge bed with awning. The owners went above and beyond when I discovered on arriving at the airport, that my passport was in my jacket pocket in the wardrobe, in the apartment… Unbeknown to me, there were several messages on the Expedia app from the owner, letting me know that I’ve left my jacket in the apartment, but I didn’t get those messages until I got into the check-in area after dropping the hire car. Luckily the very helpful check-in man made a phone call and the apartments owners brought the passport and jacket directly to the airport in time for the flight. "

"Miss Rose is one of the nicest folks around. She made me feel so safe and welcomed in her guesthouse. It is a family run business and she is also related to or went to school with most of the people in the surrounding town. The guesthouse is also a combination of her and her husbands name which I think is so beautiful. The space was clean and i loved going to the beach everyday. She has a small secluded beach across from the gueshouse that was mostly empty every time i went. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay and i will definitely be coming back next year.
