"We didn’t have AC the entire week , after going to the front desk they never fixed it. The pool bar closes way too early and no fun entertainment. Evening a singer came each night . The staff was very rude they hate their jobs with the exception of 2 . "

"We loved our bungalow with private balcony and plunge pool. The resort is well laid out and not busy albeit I think it was fully occupied when we stayed. All the resort staff were charming and could not do enough to help. The restaurant food was very good and well apportioned. We also enjoyed both the morning beach side yoga and steel drums experiences. Would highly recommend. "

"Fantastic place to stay. We are a young couple and wanted to explore the island with the car we rented. Conch Beach Cabins was the perfect place to stay for that. This place has the best "included" breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. After breakfast we'd spend the day exploring, and return in the evening to a beautiful beach and sunset. The cabin is clean and air conditioned. The outdoor shower is a cool touch. The back deck provides plenty of privacy while still being able to sit and watch the water and sunset(complete with views of Montserrat in the distance). The staff are all very friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Julia's, the actual restaurant part of the hotel, has great food and drinks. I highly recommend the roti. The food and drinks are pricy, but on par for cost for food/drinks on the rest of the island. Keep in mind that most things in the area close by 5 pm every day, including Julia's. The exception is OJ's Beach Bar, the neighbour of Julia's. They're open until 9:30 and their food and drinks are pretty good, too. I highly recommend their seafood pasta. Also check out Orrie's Beach Bar and Hotel for the exceptional vibe, their pina coladas and toirtoses garden. All in all we had a great stay and would come back for sure."

"Service needs attention. We had multiple issues during our stay in terms of service. Hotel is understaffed. There is no urgency in addressing requests. We have stayed is 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is severely lacking in service. The price we paid does not match the experience we had. The beach is beautiful and we loved our beach attendant Daniel who went above and beyond. Chef at wild tamarind is great and food was flavorful. They ran out of towels on the beach, no trash can placed in our room (had to ask multiple times to get a trash can), asked for a streamer and they didn’t have one, room was filled with mosquitoes, no porter available to take us up the hill at night…the list of short comings is long. Please train your staff and hire more staff so this is not the norm. "

"the house was adequately equipped with dishes, pots, pans and linens in kitchen. the bathrooms had towels. bedrooms appropriate linens and enough pillows. appreciated the water in the fridge."

"Lovely little clean self-contained apartment on a hillside, with the owners living in the house above. Nice sandy Beach five minute walk with a couple of restaurants/bars on the beach. Although the apartment was self Catering, it’s quite some distance to go to do any shopping, nothing within walking distance. Luckily we had a hire car. However, the owner left a 5L container of water in the fridge along with plenty of consumables like sun lotion and shower gels available. Plenty of towels for the apartment and for the beach, induction hob cooker in a small kitchenette with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of toilet rolls for the short say that we were there, and a mosquito net completely covering the bed. Gas barbecue outside along with a round sun lounge bed with awning. The owners went above and beyond when I discovered on arriving at the airport, that my passport was in my jacket pocket in the wardrobe, in the apartment… Unbeknown to me, there were several messages on the Expedia app from the owner, letting me know that I’ve left my jacket in the apartment, but I didn’t get those messages until I got into the check-in area after dropping the hire car. Luckily the very helpful check-in man made a phone call and the apartments owners brought the passport and jacket directly to the airport in time for the flight. "

"The Welcoming we received was excellent, Emsley was a splendid person to start off the holiday experience.Calabash villa is located in a wonderful area, close to a group of amenities. The only downside is the Aircon system which needs to looked at and possible upgrade.The overall process of booking and communication was brilliant. some equipment needs upgrading. The family love the Villa and the local beach."
